All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a three month period.
This does not apply to any product that have been misused, abused, dropped, modified, altered in any way or worn out from use.
Prior approval from Worldwide Equine (UK) Limited is required for all warranty returns.
Warranty is restricted to the original purchaser only.
Liability under all warranties, express or implied, shall be limited to replacement or credit of the product value only.

Legal - Conditions Of Sale

Goods sent on approval will be considered as a sale if not returned within 10 days in good condition and carriage paid.
Instruments that have been used and those specially made or procured to order are not returnable for credit.
Title of all goods remains with Worldwide Equine (UK) Limited until paid for in full.
